VENUE

National Swimming Pool of Larissa (50m.  indoor pool, 10 lanes).

PARTICIPANTS

Boys born on 1996-1997

Girls born on 1998-1999

ENTRIES

–        Entries shall include entry times achieved in the 50m pool.

–        Lane placing will be according to FINA rules, based on the entry times.

CONTEST RULES

The competition will be conducted in accordance to FINA rules.

In individual events 2 (two) swimmers per country and per event may be entered.

In relay event 1 (one) team per country and per event may be entered.

According to the FINA rules, the composition of relay teams shall be declared 1 hour before the beginning of the session in which the race will take place.

OPENING CEREMONY

The Opening ceremony will be on Saturday 26^th April, 2014 at 17.00hrs.

POINT SYSTEM

The points score in the team competition for the individual events shall be as followed:

1^st place       –         9 points

2^nd place       –         7 points

3^rd place       –         6 points

4^th place       –         5 points

5^th place       –         4 points

6^th place       –         3 points

7^th place       –         2 points

8^th place       –         1 point

The relay teams scores doubles:

1^st place       –         18 points

2^nd place       –         14 points

3^rd place       –         12 points

4^th place       –         10 points

5^th place       –         8 points

6^th place       –         6 points

7^th place       –         4 points

8^th place       –         2 point

AWARDS

–        The first three places in individual and relay events shall receive medals.

–        The male and female competitor with the highest score of points (in accordance with the points table of FINA) shall receive a special Trophy.

–        The first three teams in the overall ranking shall receive Trophies.
